Digital Optimisation Development Manager

How you'll make a difference

Our National Lottery website has 6 million visitors every single week and is a top 10 UK e-commerce site. We need your expertise to help improve how our customers interact with our site. You'll provide world class optimisation delivery. You'll lead the development of the technical delivery process. You'll execute robust A/B and MV tests. You'll work as part of a wider optimiastion team who have a real passion for what they deliver. We welcome drive, collaborative working and ideas and we hope you'll have loads of this.

What you'll bring to the table
  • Significant experience in executing MVT tests
  • Hands on experience of an MVT tool - we use Maxymiser
  • Advanced user of Adobe Site Catalyst
  • Experience of executing on-site initiatives to drive conversion
